About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Assistant
Property Manager
to support and manage the operations, tenant relations, and financial performance of a portfolio of properties
in
Santa Ana, CA . This role will work closely with the Property Manager to deliver first-class property management services and lead the day-to-day operations including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, customer service, property maintenance, financial reporting and oversight of service providers.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the
day-to-day operations, maintenance, and financial performance
of the properties. Support a
dedicated team , including
property management support staff, engineers, and maintenance personnel . Foster a collaborative work environment that ensures operational efficiency and top-tier service to tenants. Support the Property Manager in developing and managing budgets, financial reports, and expense controls to maximize asset value. Bid, prepare and manage vendor contracts. Directly manage all building operations, and work with Property Manager to manage capital improvement projects. Ensure exceptional
tenant relations
by addressing concerns proactively and maintaining strong communication. Collaborate with ownership, leasing teams, and stakeholders to enhance property performance. Work on special projects as assigned by the Property Manager. Qualifications:
Commercial property management experience required , preferably in
Class A office or mixed-use properties . Proven experience working effectively
with a team , including property management staff and engineering personnel. Familiarity with
commercial leases, budgeting, financial reporting, and building operations . Experience with property management software (Yardi, MRI, or similar). Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. California real estate license required. Why Join Us?
