What You’ll Do Manage sitework projects from preconstruction through closeout (budgets, schedules, contracts, compliance) Coordinate grading, utilities, and paving scopes Partner with Superintendents and Foremen on field operations Maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers Monitor project progress, costs, and performance against targets Mentor field staff and support professional development Implement real-time solutions to project challenges
What We’re Looking For 2–5 years construction experience (sitework/heavy civil preferred) Strong background in grading, utilities, or paving Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency with construction technology (P6, Bluebeam, MS Office) Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred DOT/public project experience a plus
