KCB - Architects is seeking a Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based Project Architect with 7 + years of Revit expertise who wants to join a fast-paced, growing architecture firm focused on a mix of residential and commercial projects.

We are a client and service-oriented firm working on great projects in the Milwaukee metropolitan area. Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Architecture or related field. • 7+ years of professional experience with preference given to experience in the residential sector. • Must be local to Milwaukee – this is not a remote position, although we do embrace a flexible work schedule with the ability to work remotely when necessary. • Must be knowledgeable in producing presentation drawings and construction
documents • Must have strong revit skills • Experience with Rhino, Enscape, Adobe creative suite are a plus • Ability to measure/verify and document existing conditions is required • Desire to work collaboratively while bringing your individual sense of design aesthetics and technical knowledge. • Flexibility to focus on multiple projects in various stages of development is a must • Strong graphic, written and verbal communication skills • Understanding of building codes – IBC, IRC and UDC. Preference will be given to an individual who embraces our service-oriented philosophy and is confident in their own talent and has high ethical standards.
