Commercial Leasing Coordinator

Hollywood, CA (On-site)
Salary: $ 24- $27 per hour
LHH is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Leasing Coordinator to support our client’s property management team in Hollywood. This on-site position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a background in commercial real estate or property administration. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the full leasing process for commercial properties, including lease preparation, renewals, and terminations. Maintain accurate lease records, tenant files, and critical dates using property management software. Serve as a liaison between tenants, property managers, and legal teams to ensure timely execution of lease agreements. Assist with marketing vacant spaces, scheduling property tours, and preparing leasing materials. Track and report on leasing activity, occupancy, and rent roll data. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in commercial leasing, real estate administration, or property management. Familiarity with lease documentation and commercial real estate terminology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management platforms (e.g., Yardi, MRI, AppFolio). Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Experience supporting retail, office, or industrial leasing portfolios.
