What you’ll be doing

• Brand Advocate: Share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling.
• Customer engagement: Greet, engage, and create a memorable experience for customers.
• Listen and Learn: Understand customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions.
• Product knowledge and promotions: Present complimentary tastings and demonstrate coffee and product knowledge.
• Team collaboration and respect: Support and collaborate with teammates to foster a positive work environment.
• Operations and safety: Maintain the boutique environment, assist with shipments, displays, and cleanliness.
• Training and learning: Complete training to set you up for success beyond the first day.

What you’ll bring

• You are a people person with a customer service mindset.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment, able to think on your feet.
• Punctual and available to work open/close shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Patient, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot on the spot.

What we offer

• Hourly pay approximately $21.00, with final compensation based on knowledge, skills, and location.
