$21-$23/hr | Temp-to-Hire Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional looking to make an impact in the residential construction space? We're hiring a Project Coordinator

on behalf of a fast-growing subcontractor in South Florida known for their quality workmanship and team-first culture. Why You'll Love This Role: Be at the center of exciting construction projects, supporting key project management operations Fast-paced, collaborative environment where your coordination and communication skills shine Temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay, medical/dental/vision benefits, and long-term growth potential What You'll Be Doing: Support Project Managers and Superintendents with project documentation, tracking, and scheduling Prepare and maintain subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and subcontractor correspondence Manage logs for RFIs, drawing revisions, permits, and shop drawings Help with billing support (AIA billing) and ensure all documentation aligns with project contracts Create and maintain RFIs, meeting minutes, and other key communications What We're Looking For: Prior experience in project coordination or construction admin (subcontractor or builder background a plus) Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with Sage and Procore is a bonus Strong written and verbal communication, with a proactive and organized work style Looking to grow your career in a dynamic and rewarding construction environment?
