Overview

The Data Analyst will be responsible for developing and managing data normalization processes within our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). This role involves performing complex analyses and collaborating with Operational Leaders, Business Intelligence Analysts, and Data Engineers to create automated solutions that address key organizational questions. The analyst must possess a deep understanding of data elements, data organization best practices, and the business decisions they inform. Strong technical and analytical skills, excellent communication, and a strategic mindset are essential to understanding the “why” behind each project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage data normalization processes within the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
• Perform complex analyses and collaborate with Operational Leaders, BI Analysts, and Data Engineers to create automated solutions addressing key questions.
• Understand data elements, data organization best practices, and the business decisions they inform.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, mathematics, information technology, or a related field. Strong SQL or Google BigQuery skills are essential.
• Preferred: 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
• Skills & Knowledge: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff. Must be able to quickly learn and understand complex data sets.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
