Title: Executive and Personal Assistant - Hybrid Salary: $140,000 to $200,000 Location: New York, NY The successful individual will likley be based in the NYC area and available to work in-office when needed. Additionally, the individual will be willing to be on call after hours to problem solve as needed. This is a ground-floor opportunity to assist with creating a lasting professional collaboration. Responsibilities: Responsibilities for the Executive and Personal Assistant will include assisting with personal affairs including personal appointments, running errands, home renovations, home services for principal and family. Managing calendars, including scheduling meetings, proactively addressing conflicts, and prioritizing requests. Arranging complex travel logistics, including booking flights, ground transportation, and accommodations on short notice. Researching and creating travel itineraries for principal and travel companions for both business and personal needs. Coordinating internal meetings and events as well as high-profile client-facing events with attention to detail. Managing relationships with external contacts, including coordinating meetings and researching and recommending new service providers for both business and personal needs. Ensuring procurement of necessary supplies for both home and office spaces. Performing ad hoc projects as assigned, liaising between principal and other stakeholders to complete tasks, and performing other administrative functions, tasks, and responsibilities as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 7 plus years of experience, preferably in tech or high-profile startups, supporting VPs or higher. Experience working with UHNW individuals a must. Excellent organizational skills to help prioritize and execute a high volume of projects. Professional work ethic, proactive, and excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. Strongly value the confidentiality and safety of principal in the highest regard. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Calendly, and Slack. Flexibility to answer messages in the evenings and on weekends as necessary.
