Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading Real Estate owner to hire a Lead Maintenance Technician in Tampa.
Your new role
The job duties of the Lead Maintenance Technician will include, among others:
Oversight of all maintenance activities at the site, including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and other general maintenance activities
Troubleshoot fixes via facility walkthroughs
Maintain records of facility equipment, work with vendors
Respond to tenant requests and provide updates
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
About 3 years or more of maintenance experience
Ability to work with mechanical, electrical and plumbing
A valid driver's license and ability to communicate well is needed
Industry trade licenses in HVAC and electrical plumbing are a plus, but not required
**Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends. Overtime pay provided. **
What you'll get in return
$55–60K base, plus OT, bonus and strong benefits
