Monday - Friday, 40 hours Hybrid, Round Rock, TX
(In Office & Remote) Qualifications: Experience in an executive administrative role supporting business leadership and sales teams. Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, PowerPoint, Excel, and the full Microsoft Office Suite required Independent decision-making ability with sound judgment for issue resolution and task prioritization. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prior experience in the construction or design-build industry strongly preferred Key Responsibilities:
Support meeting preparation and project coordination, including Salesforce reports and PowerPoint presentations. Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential information Serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including screening calls and emails. Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies, managing mail/deliveries, and supporting the in office team. Organize and maintain both physical and digital files, records, and reports. Assist with special projects by tracking progress, managing timelines, and following up on action items. Coordinate logistics for company events, off-sites, and meetings. Proactively anticipate needs, mitigate risks, and solve problems with minimal supervision, keeping priorities on track.
