to lead and elevate our

Commercial HVAC Service Operations

to new heights. In this critical role, you'll manage a team of

Client Support Coordinators(CSC), Quotes Coordinator, and Administrative Support staff , driving performance standards, strategic processes, and team collaboration to deliver best-in-class service to our clients. ?? What You'll Do: Lead, mentor, and develop the CSC team, quotes coordinator, and administrative staff — including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Oversee day-to-day client communications and service delivery across multiple regions in North Carolina. Ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams including Commercial Service Managers, Technical Team Leaders, Service Technicians, Agreements, and administrative support. Drive efficiency in scheduling, quoting, billing, and dispatch operations. Maintain high standards for service quality, client satisfaction, and operational performance. Manage service-related budgets, including Time & Materials (T&M) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) scheduling. Champion a "can-do" team culture while upholding a safe and professional work environment. ? What You Bring: Associate degree or above (Preferred). 5+ years of experience in customer service and dispatch in skilled trades or related industry (Preferred) 3+ years of proven leadership/supervisory experience (Required). Team player; good communication skills; ability to remain professional, calm, and responsive to client questions, concerns, and follow-ups.. Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in computer applications, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
