Are you a construction professional with a passion for leading complex projects from concept to completion? We’re looking for a

Project Manager II

to oversee large-scale residential and commercial developments—ranging from $5M to over $100M.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring teams, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

? What You’ll Do: Lead and mentor a team of Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents. Manage all phases of construction—from preconstruction planning and client proposals to final close-out and warranty. Own project budgets, schedules, and profitability. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and guide them through the development process. Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance across all job sites.

? What You Bring: 6–10 years of experience in residential or commercial construction. A strong understanding of construction systems, logistics, scheduling, and estimating. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
