We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in HVAC, Plumbing, or Piping systems to help lead challenging mechanical construction projects from conception to completion.
What You’ll Do: Manage and coordinate mechanical construction projects start to finish. Oversee procurement, subcontracting, RFIs, change orders, and project billings. Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management across all job sites. Lead project teams while maintaining schedules, budgets, and client expectations. Support estimating, design/assist, and design/build opportunities. Collaborate with fabrication teams on drawings, material take-offs, and budgets.
What We’re Looking For: 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction. Strong knowledge of HVAC and/or Plumbing systems. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience. Skilled in project management software (MS Project or P6 a plus). A proactive problem-solver with excellent time management and leadership skills.
