Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join the Renton Production System Training team based out of Auburn or Everett, Washington (may require you to visit other sites).

Responsibilities

  • Ensures and assess Compliance to Processes and Procedures
  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
  • Analyzes and interprets data
  • Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk
  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives
  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
  • Works under minimal direction
  • Responsible for managing training projects

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • 5+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
  • 5 years of experience in performing data analysis
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • 3+ years of experience leading a cross-functional team
  • 1+ years of experience with project management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • 5+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
  • 1+ years of experience with internal auditors
  • 1+ years of experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range (Level 4): $106,200 - $119,700
