Primary Responsibilities
Conduct order verification, maintain and modify sales orders, and hand sales order and work order maintenance.
Coordinate shipping schedules based on production completion, lead times, payment schedule and customer delivery requirements.
Collaborate with crossing functional departments and oversight from order entry through production, warehouse, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
Provide updates on order status, anticipated delivery dates, and respond to fulfillment-related inquiries.
Managing domestic and overseas delivery requirements, including carrier management, carrier inquiries, booking, documentation, insurance summarization and reporting, and providing support for logistics-related issues.
Address delays, damaged goods, or mispacked items quickly by coordinating with internal departments, insurance company and logistics partners.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and other related role preferred
Bachelor's degree with logistics or other related majors
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Teamwork-oriented and good problem-solver
Quick learner and can-do attitude
SAP/TMS/office skills
Fluency in Mandarin preferred
