? About the Role: We’re seeking a proactive and experienced
Commercial Property Manager
to oversee a portfolio of 15–20 commercial real estate assets (primarily retail) across New England. This is a dynamic role focused on tenant and vendor management, building operations, financial performance, and maintenance coordination.
? Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties Oversee tenant communications, vendor coordination, and contract compliance Handle property maintenance, service requests, and emergency responses Coordinate competitive bidding and vendor selection through RFPs Ensure lease compliance, rent collection, and assign late fees when necessary Support budgeting, financial reporting, and CAM reconciliations Conduct property inspections and ensure standards are consistently met Partner with accounting and asset management teams on performance goals
✅ Qualifications: 3–5 years of commercial property management experience Strong knowledge of building systems and property operations Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel (advanced), ShareFile, and Yardi Familiarity with CAM reconciliations, budgets, and financial reports Bachelor’s degree preferred Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for regular regional travel Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment Comfortable being on call occasionally for after-hours emergencies
