Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, technical design, program management, and color development.

Apparel Materials Developer Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in material development within apparel, textiles, or accessories. Proven ability to interpret and execute design team requests into workable material applications. Strong technical knowledge of fabric development processes, including knitting, weaving, dyeing, printing, and finishing. Experience working with overseas vendors and managing cross-seasonal projects. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Smartsheet or similar tools. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Knowledge of industry fabric trends, material testing processes, and data interpretation is preferred. Passion for textiles and an eagerness to contribute creative and technical insights.
