We're seeking a
Cost Manager
to own and drive cost management across multi-million to billion-dollar programs. If you thrive in high-performance environments, love solving complex cost challenges, and want to be part of industry-defining work in
semiconductors, data centers, cleanrooms, or pharmaceutical facilities. What You'll Be Doing As our Lead MEP, Cost Manager, you'll be a key partner to project leadership, ensuring our cost strategies are as innovative as our builds. You'll: Lead & Oversee
cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting across all MEP disciplines (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.). Validate & Review
subcontractor bids, payment applications, and change orders. Develop and maintain
cutting-edge cost control systems and track KPIs. Conduct
risk-based cost analysis and scenario modeling for executive decision-making. Coordinate with Planning Teams
to align cost forecasts with scheduling realities. Manage Full Lifecycle
of change orders—evaluation to implementation. Support Procurement
strategies and contract development for MEP packages. Advise Project Leadership
on the cost impact of design changes. Deliver Executive-Level Reporting
with clear variance analysis and forecasting. Qualifications Bachelors in mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or a related field. Must have
10+ years' experience
in MEP cost management on large-scale construction projects. Deep technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and utilities. Proficiency with cost control tools like
CostX, Sage, Prism, Excel, and ERP systems Familiarity with
Lump Sum, GMP, Cost-Plus
and other commercial frameworks. Excellent
communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
skills. Leadership ability to coordinate
cross-functional teams
and interact with clients. Experience with
semiconductor fabs, cleanrooms, data centers, or pharma builds Understanding of
BIM-integrated cost planning and VDC workflows Certifications like
MRICS, CCP, PMP
are a big plus. Bilingual in
English & Korean
