Overview: A North American retail organization is initiating a Finance Transformation program focused on delivering a single Workday Finance system across its business units. The Project Manager will support project tracking for the integration efforts between systems. This includes requirements gathering, design validation, documentation, testing, scoping, and delivery of change management activities to support the program’s scope and business objectives.

Core Outputs: Managing and coordinating scope and delivery across integration SMEs and stakeholders (Data/Change Management/Program side), ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to quality standards Building the plan and managing delivery aligned to it Gap analysis of integration requirements against the existing Workday solution Collaborating with the data team to ensure appropriate data streams are incorporated and transferred into the new system Managing testing effectively, delivering clean testing reports, and ensuring defects are addressed and retested Engaging with vendors as needed Delivering a change scope in partnership with the change management leader to realize benefits Organizing, providing oversight, and scheduling demos for the integration work

Team Collaboration: The Project Manager will work cross-functionally with: Data team Change Management team SI partner leads (Workday) Data lead

Accountabilities: Scope and plan documentation and delivery management Identifying project goals/outcomes and potential challenges that could impact cost or timelines Tracking and delivering key milestones; monitoring and documenting project progress Providing regular status reports and updates to stakeholders Maintaining the RAID log and managing risk tracking Communicating and escalating project risks to appropriate decision forums
