Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Integrator to work alongside our Visionary CEO and lead the execution of the company’s strategic vision. You will oversee the daily operations of all departments by aligning people, processes, and priorities. This role is critical in creating systems and routines that enable accountability at every level and ensure sustainable, efficient growth. You’ll have a hand in everything from service execution and documentation to project management, technical team oversight, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities Strategic & Organizational Leadership Create, implement and refine business processes that provide operational clarity, consistency, and accountability across all work functions. Collaborate with the CEO to define and track leading performance indicators and Rocks that will result in sustainable and scalable business growth. Partner with the vCFO to review and interpret financial statements, ensuring operational decisions align with profitability, cash flow, and long-term financial health. Leverage financial insights to identify opportunities for cost control, efficiency improvements, and revenue growth across all service and support functions.

People & Culture Build and lead a high-performing team by ensuring every role is clearly defined and performance is aligned to expectations. Execution & Operations Ensure thorough, complete and correct execution of CEMS services and consulting solutions that meet regulatory compliance and client standards. Ensure accountability within the entire lifecycle of projects including timelines, budgets, and execution. Standardize systems to include (but not limited to) work order tracking, preventive maintenance documentation, customer training workflows, and internal communication rhythms. Monitor performance and give data driven and/or observation based feedback regularly.

Preferred Qualifications 10+ years in a leadership or general management role in a technical or environmental service organization. Proven track record of building systems, scaling operations, and leading cross-functional teams. EOS experience strongly preferred (Integrator seat experience a plus). Deep operational fluency in technical service delivery, compliance, and project management. Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze P&L statements, understand key financial drivers, and make data-informed operational decisions that improve company performance. Passion for leading with values and creating a culture of ownership and excellence.

Location: This position is a Monday-Friday in office role, with additional hours as necessary based on business need. PSE is located at 2750 S Harbor Blvd. Ste. A, Santa Ana, CA 92704
