About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Plumbing Foreman
to lead, manage, and oversee commercial and residential plumbing projects. The Foreman will supervise crews, ensure high-quality installations, maintain compliance with safety standards, and represent the company as a professional leader on every job site. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise crews of plumbers, apprentices, helpers, and subcontractors to complete projects safely, on time, and within budget. Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities, ensuring work follows drawings, specifications, and building codes. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water lines, sanitary sewer, storm lines, pumps, water heaters, mixing valves, fixtures, and carriers. Perform and oversee complex tasks such as cutting openings in structures and verifying installation accuracy. Maintain construction documents, including "as-built" drawings and daily project reports. Accurately order, track, and manage jobsite materials, tools, and equipment. Ensure compliance with OSHA, company, customer, and project safety standards. Use company technology/apps to complete timecards, safety reports, scheduling, and job documentation. Act as the primary on-site representative of Precision Plumbing, maintaining positive relationships with clients, contractors, and trade partners. Mentor, train, and coach crew members to improve quality, productivity, and safety performance. Communicate effectively with field supervisors, management, customers, and trade partners to resolve project issues. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Foreman, Lead Plumber, or similar supervisory role. Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and code compliance. Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Experience leading crews and coordinating multiple project activities simultaneously. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and digital technology (project management apps, timekeeping, reporting). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
