Finance & Restructuring Litigation Associate
to join its nationally recognized team. The group provides integrated and strategic counsel on a wide range of financial matters, including complex transactions, corporate debt restructurings, and related litigation. Position Highlights: Handle
commercial litigation matters , including disputes between financial institutions and other business disputes. Opportunity to work on
Native American litigation , including sovereignty, gaming, and land disputes. Role leans toward business litigation, not
bankruptcy/restructuring. Qualifications: 3 to 5 years
(ONLY)
of litigation experience within an Am Law 100 firm (ideal sweet spot). Strong commercial litigation background. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials. Preference for candidates with: A
3.2 GPA or higher . A strong writing sample. Only one firm is listed on their resume.
