Responsibilities

· Meet with customers to sell exclusive products, which include pre-arranged appointments – must always use company provided AI software when in the home.

· Service customers at shows or events on an occasional basis.

· Develop proposals in accordance with YHIC standards and present them to customers, reviewing them in detail.

· Engage customers by adapting to their buying style, incorporating proven sales techniques and a consultative approach to demonstrate YHIC’s products effectively.

· Initiate and approve all documentation to complete sales orders and handle HOA approvals.

· Consistently work toward acquiring new business by generating leads and following up.

· Attend team meetings to review goals and strategies.

· Work with Sales Manager to develop and meet sales goals.

· Attend mandatory training to stay up-to-date.

· Generate referrals based on market.

· Maintain professionalism and punctuality.

· Responsible for closing sales and addressing related issues.

· Be available to run leads assigned the same day.

· Visit installs and attempt to sell additional products.

Qualifications

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to develop customer relationships.

· Willingness to travel within YHIC locations.

· Professional appearance and attire.

Experience

· 0-1 years of outside sales experience.

· Valid driver’s license.
