Responsibilities
- Close prepayments in all systems, ensuring collection of hardcopies of acts and delivery notes.
- Perform accounts payable reconciliations between the company and local suppliers, as well as between 1C and BPCS systems.
- Follow up on, collect, scan, upload to 1C, and archive customers\' hardcopy documentation (acts, delivery notes).
- Sign export documentation at the tax department as needed.
- Issue Intercompany invoices for cost recharges in BPCS.
- Post Intercompany and external import transactions (invoices and customs declarations) in BPCS and 1C.
Requirements
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in 1C – required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) – required.
- Experience with Outlook – optional.
- Knowledge of BPCS – optional.
