As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will focus on customer service and work with people across shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Provide customer service by welcoming visitors, verifying identity, and guiding guests.
• Manage access control and perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone; write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property; perform computer-related tasks (Outlook, visitor management, and access control).

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass extensive background and drug screening.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills; access control experience.
• 2 years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• State license if required; CPR/First Aid certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old; MD Guard Card active.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain access control and visitor management capabilities.
