Deliver and unload beverage products to customers. Drives a truck over an established route to deliver and sell products, collects money from customers, and makes change.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload beverage products to customers on the established route.
• Drive the truck and ensure load is secured following FMCSA procedures.
• Read and follow routing manifests; maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service; obtain customer signatures and proofs of delivery when appropriate.
• Handle invoices, payments, and reconciliations; issue credits as instructed.
• Merchandise stock as per service agreements; collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Follow all safety, health, and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• CDL class A preferred, Class B required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Clean driving record; no SR22 insurance; copies of CDL and DMV record required prior to start.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Beverage delivery experience preferred; strong customer relations skills.

Physical Demands

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 170 pounds (full beer kegs).
• Operates a pallet jack and hand cart to transport products safely.

Work Environment

Benefits & Schedule

• Pay range $26.50 - $33.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• $500 Signing Bonus (Paid at 60 days of employment).
• $500 Retention Bonuses paid at 6-month and 12-month marks of employment.
• Only 195 workdays per year; home every night.
• Up to 128 hours of Paid Time Off annually to start (16 days).
• 9 Paid Holidays.
