Overview

Join our team as a FedEx Delivery driver with NMJ Logistics Inc., based in Jacksonville, Florida. Full-time and part-time positions are available. CDL license is not required. Schedules include 3, 4, or 5 days per week, with weekends required. Daily earnings are estimated at $160–$180 per day, paid weekly.

We are urgently hiring delivery drivers to perform residential and business deliveries with a strong work ethic. Experience with local routes and prior work with major carriers is a plus.

Paid training will be provided covering delivery/route procedures, equipment operation, customer service, and driver safety.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• Pass a drug test (includes marijuana) with continued random drug screens throughout employment.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Be able to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. with a hand truck.
• Pass FedEx Ground criminal background check.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work; be on time and ready to work each workday.
• Be able to climb stairs and work in all types of weather.
• Have a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
• Must have at least 1 year of commercial driving experience.

Daily Duties

• Operate your vehicle safely at all times.
• Deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences. Routes vary, but drivers are expected to handle up to 130 stops per day.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and check fluid levels.
• Load and organize daily loads for deliveries.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain communication with the manager.
• Accurately operate scanner and track delivery process.
• Ensure accurate disposition of package deliveries and pickups, maintaining integrity.
• Deliver entire route in a timely manner.
