What you'll be doing?
Responsibilities
- Serve as Point of Contact for Recruitment: Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Coordinate and support: Internal company events, charitable initiatives, and other corporate-wide activities
- Exhibit professionalism: Through courteous, fair, and respectful communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Foster a people-centered experience: Engaging in friendly, energetic, and service-oriented interactions
- Schedule interviews: Internal associates and external candidates in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team

Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- 1-2 years’ of customer service, administrative, retail, or talent acquisition experience
- Successfully multi-tasking in an environment requiring simultaneous listening, interpreting, typing, and computer skills.
- Motivated and self-directed, with a customer service focus.
- High School Diploma or GED required
