Responsibilities

• Provide basic companion care (including light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, etc.).
• Provide more integral personal care (including, but not limited to, incontinence care, repositioning, dressing and bathing, etc.).
• Work a variety of shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends) and design your caregiver schedule to support personal commitments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass background check.
• Must have a valid Minnesota driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of current auto insurance.
• Must be able to provide two references.
• No experience required; paid, hands-on training is provided.
• Proficient English language skills and excellent communication skills.
• Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results.
• CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training preferred, but not required.
