We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to be the right hand to our Founder, Brittany Shaheen - someone hungry to learn, grow, and build something extraordinary with us.

What You'll Do

• Client Strategy & Execution: Help develop and execute marketing strategies for luxury brands, restaurants, spirits companies, and DTC brands
• Project Leadership: Manage client onboarding, campaign execution, and monthly reporting across our premium client roster
• Team Coordination: Oversee social media specialists and admin support as we scale
• Client Communication: Represent the founder in client interactions - you'll become the trusted face they know and love
• Event & Campaign Management: Help orchestrate influencer events, product launches, and brand activations
• Website & Tech: Handle website updates, platform management, and marketing tool optimization
• Strategic Support: Be a thinking partner on everything from pricing strategies to new service offerings
