TERMINAX, a leading brand in high-performance automotive films, known for innovations in paint protection films (PPF), is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, and drive demand generation across the U.S. market. This role will oversee campaign strategy, digital marketing, events, and dealer support programs to accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support sales growth and brand visibility in the automotive film industry.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns.
  • Lead content creation for product launches, brochures, videos, dealer kits, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitor trends, and provide actionable insights for product and sales strategies.
  • Plan and manage trade shows, dealer events, and promotional campaigns to engage target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support that drives lead generation and dealer engagement.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI measurement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, presenting regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff or contractors as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role; automotive aftermarket industry experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in automotive or automotive aftermarket industries; prior experience in automotive films is a plus.
