The Position: Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing (APAC), we seek a Product Marketing Manager to join our global team and support a global portfolio. This role focuses on bringing the value, benefits, and capabilities of Hexagon solutions to customers and regional sales teams. You will oversee a global portfolio for our Safety Portfolio, developing go‑to‑market strategies and creating product marketing collateral, collaborating with Global Marketing Communications and Regional Marketing Managers to localize and amplify plans for specific regions.
This role offers autonomy and self‑direction within a globally distributed team, with the ability to make decisions, manage priorities, and drive initiatives across time zones and cultures. Availability for meetings in various time zones or international travel may be required. We are open to securing this role in Perth, Brisbane (APAC) or Tucson, Arizona (US) as part of a global recruitment process.
About You
As a Product Marketing Manager, you bring experience managing a diverse portfolio of product line capabilities, with a track record of defining and executing market entry and implementation strategies—ideally within Mining Operational Technology. You thrive in a global, cross‑functional environment, working autonomously while aligning with sales, product, and regional teams.
You will bring:
- Industry Knowledge: Mining, METS (Mining Equipment, Technology, and Services), ideally with safety system technology for mining operations.
- Sales & Marketing Expertise: Experience at a mid to senior level with understanding of the full sales lifecycle.
- Content Creation: Ability to develop impactful sales enablement materials for various audiences.
- B2B Product Management: Understanding of product lifecycle, go‑to‑market strategies, and sales channel needs.
- Agility: Comfortable adapting to evolving business or customer requirements, with a proactive approach to pivoting strategies.
- Self‑Leadership: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Customer‑Centric & Solution‑Focused: Commitment to delivering a seamless customer lifecycle through collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Communication & Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Strong communication skills to influence across teams.
- Working Rights: US Citizen or valid working permit.
