Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s visual identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency and creativity at every touchpoint. This role combines strategic brand management with hands-on graphic design, producing high-quality visuals for both digital and print media. In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales operations teams to bring ideas to life while upholding brand standards. You will be responsible for developing and managing dynamic templates and visual elements like logos, color palettes, icons, typography, and other brand assets. Strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects are key to success in his role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in brand design and graphic design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), advanced proficiency with MS Office and initiative when learning new design tools. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Lightroom along with the ability to produce animations and realistic-looking illustrations, is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, as well as digital and print trends.
  • Experience creating and managing brand guidelines and visual systems with a demonstrated ability to maintain and evolve a cohesive brand identity across multiple platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, and able to effectively communicate design ideas. Must be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Experience designing both digital (web, social, email, display ads, etc.) and print (brochures, tradeshow booths, packaging, print literature, etc.).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, execute creative on schedule, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and evolve the company’s visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in design and messaging across internal and external materials.
  • Translate marketing and product strategies into compelling visual concepts that resonate with target audiences and reinforce brand positioning.
  • Design high-quality digital assets, including social media graphics, web visuals, email templates, and digital advertising materials.
  • Create print-ready designs such as trade show graphics, brochures, packaging, signage, and event collateral, ensuring accuracy in layout, color, and production specs.
  • Design branded templates, visual assets for various departments, adapting materials to meet specific needs while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Work with print houses to ensure materials are produced correctly, of the highest quality, and on schedule.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, sales operations, and external partners to deliver cohesive visual solutions that align with strategic goals and campaign objectives.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
