Base pay

$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Additional compensation

Responsibilities

• Must have exceptional communication skills
• Must be on site
• Experience with benefits, FMLA, onboarding/new hires, etc.
• Help maintain employee relations practices to establish and promote a high level of morale and performance, resolving internal disputes
• Maintain a high level of visibility within executive leadership
