This is an on-site role (five days per week at a client cafe in Westchester, IL) and will report directly to the Food & Beverage Supervisor. The hours are 7am - 11am, Monday through Friday.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Barista to craft high-quality drinks and deliver exceptional hospitality in one of our client cafes. As the face of our Cafe Program, you'll create a welcoming environment, ensure seamless operations, and balance speed, precision, and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone client-obsessed, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and in teams. Responsibilities include preparing beverages, managing inventory, and adapting to dynamic service needs. Required Attributes

• Attentive to Detail: Taking pride in precision, maintaining a clean workspace, monitoring inventory, and ensuring health and safety standards.
• Client Obsessed: Creating a warm atmosphere, engaging with clients, and providing personalized service.

Required Experience

• 1+ years in a third wave cafe
• 2+ years with a manual espresso machine
• Morning availability, shifts starting as early as 6am

Your Proficiencies

• Full espresso bar execution on a manual machine
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs, stand for long periods, and bend frequently
• Customer service & hospitality skills

Expected Results

• Achieve a 98% average in Quality Control Evaluation scores within the first year.
• Reduce overtime in the team to 90 minutes or less per week per individual to support profitability.
