Position Title: HVAC Technician
This is a full-time position for an experienced HVAC technician. The successful candidate will have the ability to diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
The technician will work under minimal supervision to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in HVAC and hold valid licensing or certification as required by federal, state, or local laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Perform routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed
- Responsible for delivery and removal of parts and equipment needed to complete service work
- Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve problems
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs and expectations

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with additional technical training and 5+ years of experience in HVAC
- Valid licensing or certification as required by federal, state, or local laws
- Proficient mechanical aptitude and ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment
