The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, scheduling appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The agent will be the first point of contact for patients, maintaining a high level of professionalism and interpersonal communication.
