Responsibilities
- Help existing customers make changes to their current insurance policies from Jerry\'s 55+ insurance carrier partners; process service changes; answer questions regarding policy details; provide enthusiastic customer support.
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers.
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, etc.
- Assist customers with questions regarding coverage or policy benefits or simulate changes to existing policies.
- Work to retain Jerry policyholders by proactively finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation.
Who You Are
- Multitasker who can manage multiple priorities
- Passionate about helping others
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
Compensation And Perks
- Hourly wage: $19.00 - $21.00
- We will pay for your P&C license (expected within 60 days after starting)

Schedule
- Monday to Friday 1:30pm - 12am EST
