This position will take our customer experience to the next level by developing ongoing relationships with our customer base and making sure our team members are able to pivot to provide meaningful solutions to any questions or concerns our customers may present. The ideal candidate will have experience with contact center software or CRM workflow, with strong customer service and technician capabilities. This is an in office position in Virginia Beach Monday – Saturday. We also offer an Employee Purchase Program, the MileOne Support Fund: by Employees, for Employees, the NextMile Scholarship Program, an Employee Assistance Program and more.**Responsibilities:*** Engage in and lead our team in successfully: + Following up with existing customers regarding their recent visit with us + Understanding customer needs + Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with our customers + Providing a caring and can-do attitude within the context of all customer communication + Communicating services we offer that customer may not be aware of + Scheduling appointments when applicable + Utilizing call lists to manager customer interactions + Utilizing phone calls, texts and emails to engage customers as needed**Requirements:*** Call Center/Customer Lifecycle experience* Proficient in excel and data analytics* Strong technical skills, Contact Center Software or CRM workflow experience preferred* Ability to lead a team and foster relationships with internal stakeholders* Comfortable making outbound calls in warm and cold-calling scenarios, 8 hours per day* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Empathetic and proactive in dealing with customer concerns* Able to pivot to sales and appointment setting as needed* Professional and friendly at all times* Self-motivated and able to multi-task efficiently* Strong computer skills* Knowledge of automotive industry a plus* Ability to learn our processes and protocols, and convey same to customers**Preferred Skills:*** Proficiency in Elead and MyKaarmaMileOne Autogroup is an equal opportunity employer and we maintain a drug free work environment.
