Posting date indicates an active search for a Full-Time (40-hour) Social Worker who will support patient needs on-site between our Willard Dialysis Center (Newington, CT) and Hartford North Dialysis Center (Hartford, CT) with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Requirements

• Meets all state regulations to practice in the dialysis setting.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice.
• Current Clinical License (e.g., LCSW, LICSW), meeting state licensure requirements.
• Knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and proficiency with DaVita applications within 60 days.
