Must have

  • Ability to engage in multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve first level (L1) IT Help Desk tickets, escalating to L2 or L3 as necessary.
  • Provide technical support to on-site and remote U.S. staff; troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Set up, configure, deploy, and support end-user equipment (monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mobile phones).
  • Act as liaison with technical equipment support vendors; manage IT equipment research and procurement; oversee inventory management of supplies and devices.
  • Handle printer management (toner and paper replacement); manage new asset equipment; oversee audio-visual systems management and troubleshooting; coordinate on-site event management for meetings and presentations.
  • Manage employee physical badge access and monitor video security systems; assist with reporting as needed.
  • Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs of office equipment; work with facilities department on general office needs; participate in building safety and security compliance initiatives.

Company

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) and have 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role. Physical demands of this position include a normal office environment with a moderate noise level, occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs., regular walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing, and reaching. The ability to perform consistent work on a PC and sit, using a keyboard and/or telephone for 8+ hours a day, 5 days a week, is expected. Interactions will predominantly occur across all internal departments, including executive management, using various machines and tools like desktop and laptop computers, multifunction printing devices, IP and mobile telephone systems, and building badge access systems.
