This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level associate seeking to advance their litigation career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. From day one, you’ll be entrusted with substantive responsibilities, including direct client interaction, court appearances, and handling complex litigation matters. Ideal Qualifications:
Admitted to the IL Bar and in good standing
5+ years of experience in employment law and/or business litigation
Proven experience with federal and state court litigation
Familiarity with investigating discrimination claims, drafting position statements, advising clients on employment law matters, and creating employee handbooks
Strong academic credentials and top-tier legal research and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented setting
