Automation Engineer
to join our team and help design, implement, and support cutting-edge control systems across our manufacturing sites. In this role, you’ll get to: Work with advanced technologies
like Siemens and Rockwell PLCs, AVEVA Wonderware SCADA, and modern industrial networks. Lead meaningful projects
that directly improve safety, reliability, and efficiency in production. Partner with engineers, project managers, and plant teams
to deliver automation solutions that drive business results. Make an impact across multiple sites
with opportunities to travel (up to 50%) and see your work in action from design through commissioning. What You’ll Do Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC/HMI/SCADA systems. Support process improvements, system reliability initiatives, and capital projects. Specify and configure field instrumentation, motor controls, and VFDs. Ensure safe and compliant automation designs in hazardous areas. Support system lifecycle management, upgrades, and documentation. Train and support plant personnel on new systems. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Controls, or related field. 3+ years of automation engineering experience (manufacturing industry preferred). Hands-on experience with Siemens TIA Portal and Rockwell/Allen-Bradley platforms. Familiarity with AVEVA Wonderware InTouch, SCADA, and historian tools. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Willingness to travel up to 50% for project support and commissioning.
