About the Role

MOSH is seeking a mission-driven, detail-oriented VP of Operations and Supply Chain to lead our ops team through our next phase of hypergrowth. You will take full ownership of sourcing, production, logistics, fulfillment, quality, and customer service, enabling the President to transition away from day-to-day operations. You will translate growth plans into scalable systems, build and lead a high-performing ops team, and ensure seamless execution across e-commerce and retail (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, UNFI, KeHE, Target, Costco, CVS). This is a high-leverage, high-autonomy role for a world-class operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution Lead end-to-end operations from sourcing to last-mile fulfillment Own KPIs including COGS, gross margin, OTIF, inventory turns, chargebacks, and budget adherence Develop dashboards and reporting systems to monitor performance and surface insights Build scalable SOPs and workflows across Ops, Sales, Finance, R&D, and Customer Experience Own and evolve the operational tech stack (Cin7, ERP, WMS, EDI, Shopify, Amazon integrations) COGS Optimization & Supply Chain Ownership Fully accountable for all COGS drivers including ingredients, waste, packaging, tolling, and freight Source and negotiate with ingredient, packaging, and raw material vendors Build redundancy through dual sourcing, vendor diversification, and continuity planning Lead new co-manufacturer onboarding across food, beverage, and supplement categories Oversee 3PL searches, onboarding, and ongoing performance management Retail & Channel Fulfillment Ensure seamless supply chain execution across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels Manage EDI compliance and chargebacks with key accounts including UNFI, KeHE, Target, Costco, and CVS Lead biweekly S&OP meetings to align demand planning and execution across teams Cross-Functional & Project Leadership Own operational project management for new product development, reformulations, and channel launches Partner with Sales, Finance, and R&D to ensure timely, cost-effective commercialization Support fundraising and board-level communications with data-driven operational insights Build, coach, and retain a high-performing team with a culture of ownership, speed, and excellence Quality, Compliance & Customer Experience Own food safety programs and ensure ongoing compliance with certifications such as Kosher, Gluten-Free, and Organic Manage quality assurance escalations across co-mans and 3PLs Build and lead the customer service team; resolve escalated customer issues with a focus on speed and satisfaction What Success Looks Like in Year 1

Reduced ingredient and freight COGS by 10 percent through vendor and logistics optimization Onboard additional co-manufacturer in new food and supplement categories Improved OTIF to over 95 percent and cut chargebacks by 50 percent across retail accounts Launched 5-10 new SKUs on time and under budget across DTC and retail Built operational dashboards for real-time KPI visibility and leadership reporting Ideal Candidate

10+ years in CPG operations and supply chain (food, beverage, or wellness) Proven success scaling a brand from $20M to $250M+ in revenue Expert in vendor sourcing, co-man and 3PL onboarding, and operational finance Experience managing complex fulfillment across DTC, Amazon, and national retail Fluency in demand planning, ERP, WMS, and EDI systems (Cin7 experience preferred) Advanced skills in Google Sheets, project management, and financial modeling Strong communicator and team builder with exceptional attention to detail Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus About MOSH
