Manager/Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis

to join its expanding finance team. This role is open due to the predecessor moving into the business and will report directly to the VP of Finance (BU CFO) and play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities: Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across departments Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance and support key initiatives Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders Implement and enhance FP&A tools and systems to improve efficiency and data accuracy Mentor and develop junior analysts as the team grows What Company is Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus) 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial statements and key business drivers Experience in a product-based or inventory-driven business is highly preferred Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner Why Join?
