Senior CQV Project Manager Houston, TX – Remote Competitive Pay and Benefits The Senior CQV Project Manager

will be responsible for leading commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) projects within the life sciences sector. This role involves oversight of all aspects of CQV project execution and ensuring capital projects are operationally ready. The ideal candidate is an experienced project leader with deep knowledge of project management methodologies, operational readiness, and stakeholder engagement. Senior CQV Project Manager Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of CQV project execution, from planning and initiation through execution and closeout. Drive operational readiness for capital projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client needs. Apply project management principles and practices to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct project risk analyses and implement mitigation strategies. Oversee stakeholder engagement, communications management, and project planning tools. Monitor project resources, budgets, and timelines; provide situational leadership to adapt strategies as needed. Communicate impacts to the budget and schedule resulting from scope or timeline changes. Apply earned value management principles to track and report project performance. Senior CQV Project Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 10+ years of experience in commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV), computer systems validation, or related technical fields. Proven success managing complex projects within the life sciences or related industries. Significant expertise in project management principles and practices. Strong ability to execute projects across the entire lifecycle. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communications planning. Strong leadership capabilities, with proven success in resource and time management. Ability to translate project management execution into operational readiness strategies. In-depth understanding of earned value management. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluent in English. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
