Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Representative to join their client's team in Springfield, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and correctly inputted into the system.
Responsibilities
Accurately input data into various systems and databases. Verify and correct data entries to maintain data integrity. Organize and maintain files and records in an efficient manner. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth data processing operations. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Generate reports and summaries based on data entries.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Previous experience in data entry or related field preferred.
Required Work Hours
The Data Entry Representative will work Monday through Friday, during first shift hours.
