Senior Project Manager

My client is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to oversee and lead complex construction projects from inception to completion. This GC specializes in commercial office interiors, life-sciences and healthcare projects, completing roughly $600M in total revenue this past year. As they continue to grow, they are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to the team and play a key role in their growth and development. Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects including pre-construction, procurement, construction, and closeout Develop and control project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and inspectors Ensure projects meet or exceed all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Act as the primary point of contact with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary Review and approve construction documents, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Lead internal project meetings and coordinate across departments Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed to stay on schedule and within budget Ensure compliance with company policies, local building codes, and industry standards Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field 10+ years experience in construction Project Management Ability to utilize construction management software Office Interior project experience preferred Job Offer $150,000 - $175,000 base salary Bonus opportunity Health, dental, vision insurance 401K match PTO ESOP company
