Superintendent II
to lead field operations for large-scale residential and commercial developments. This role is ideal for someone who's hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about safety, quality, and schedule. You'll be the go-to person on-site—coordinating crews, managing logistics, and ensuring every phase of construction meets the highest standards. ?? What You'll Do: Supervise and mentor field staff and subcontractors. Manage jobsite logistics, safety, inspections, and quality control. Coordinate with municipalities and inspectors to ensure compliance. Lead weekly safety and coordination meetings using construction management software. Maintain project schedules, oversee material deliveries, and ensure timely execution. Collaborate with project managers to align field operations with overall project goals. Drive punch list completion, warranty coordination, and close-out documentation. ?? What You Bring: 8–15 years of experience supervising trades on complex projects. Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical rough-ins, building enclosures, and sitework. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, and other construction management tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. OSHA 10-hour certification. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Design, or equivalent experience.
