As th e Vice President, HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Global Function s, you will shape the enterprise-wide people strategy that enables Medtronic to deliver on this Mission. Serving as a trusted advisor to the Executive Committee, CHRO and senior leadership teams, you will influence the future of our talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness across Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Compliance, IT, and other global functions. This is a high-impact leadership role with significant influence and visibility, accountable for aligning enterprise HR strategies with the business priorities of Medtronic's global functions, ensuring we develop the capabilities and leaders required to drive growth and innovation This is an onsite role at our Minneapolis, Minneso ta Operational Headquarters. Relocation support may be provide d A Day in the L ifeIn this role, you wi ll:Leverage your 15+ years of progressive HR leadership to serve as the senior strategic partner to ExCom leaders for Global Functions, shaping people and culture strategies that deliver long-term business impa ct.Lead talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership development for critical enterprise functio ns.Translate business strategies into organization design, workforce planning, and culture prioriti es.Influence enterprise-level HR decisions by representing the unique needs of Global Functions while balancing the broader needs of Medtron ic.Partner with HR Centers of Expertise and Shared Services to deliver innovative, enterprise-wide HR solutio ns.Build and sustain a strong leadership pipeline through rigorous succession planning and talent developme nt.Act as a change agent, driving alignment, accountability, and measurable progress across complex, matrixed environmen ts.Coach and develop senior HR and functional leaders, ensuring readiness for enterprise leadership rol e s.
